Aparna comes with a teaching experience of 6+ years in ashtanga vinyasa, classical hatha, prenatal - postnatal Yoga & guided meditation.
She was drawn to the path of yoga in 2013 and went on to be a certified Classical Hatha & Mysore Ashtanga yoga teacher in 2015 from Mysore, India and a Ashtanga Vinyasa and Prenatal & Postnatal yoga teacher in 2018 from Mysore, India. She is deeply rooted in the traditional principles of yoga and aims to reflect these values in her teachings & daily life.
In addition, she is an Ayurveda practitioner and a Bhakti yoga teacher focussing on traditional chants and mantras (the yoga of sound). She is currently training to be a certified Yoga therapist from her school in Mysore, India.
With 700+ hours of education in various aspects of yoga, her teachings come with a philosophy of helping you connect with your mind and your body on a much deeper level.
Her classes are mentally and physically renewing in ways to ignite your inner zen through a constant exploration of body, breathe & mind. Her classes are rendered in English with Sanskrit prayers.
