I grew up practicing gymnastics and track&field. These disciplines developed into two guiding fields I rely on. I’ve been running marathons for the past 20 years.
Yoga came into my life 15 years ago as the perfect compliment, teaching me breathing techniques, mental awareness and helping me develop self awareness as well.
