Kari Ann is a yoga teacher and life-coach with a passion for sharing the benefits these teachings offer, both on and off the mat. Her mission is to help her clients discover the harmony these practices can bring to our life.

 

She has studied yoga and meditation in India and Bali, and is certified co-active coach from recognized CTI USA. Her practice is all about finding balance with both the physical and mental aspects of yoga, using the breath and poses to calm the mind and body. She teaches classical Hatha yoga, yin, yoga nidra and specializes in trauma sensitive yoga. Her classes are inclusive for all levels of practitioners.

Kari Ann focuses on yoga as a body-mind-soul practice, a life philosophy, and she will offer "Raw yoga Satsang" the first Sunday every month. This is to create an open space where like minded yogis can discussant share aspects of yoga, experiences and questions, in a safe and relaxed atmosphere.   

 

Kari Ann`s coaching is all about understanding our inner uncomfort, unease or pain, our reactive patterns, and to help you reach your goals and assist in life changing events. She will help you get in touch with your inner resources and empower you to create a life in harmony with your values and dreams. She holds an MBA and has worked more than 20 years in finance before she started on a new endeavour as a yoga teacher and life-coach.
